I'm Robbie. Certified Vedic Meditation teacher, trained in the Shankaracharya lineage. Breathwork facilitator. Formerly adidas (10 years) - so I know the world you're operating in from the inside.
I spent three months in an Indian ashram meditating 13 hours a day. Six days in complete darkness. I've led men through the Himalayas and facilitated breathwork ceremonies across three continents.
I don't teach this stuff because I read about it.
I teach it because it changed everything for me - and I've watched it do the same for the people I work with.
