There's a difference between a team that functions and a team that's genuinely switched on - present, creative, resilient, and actually enjoying the work.
Most companies optimise for the first. The best ones invest in the second.
Most team performance & wellness initiatives treat stress like a problem to manage.
A meditation app, a yoga class on Thursdays, a mindfulness workshop that everyone attends and nobody really remembers a week later, and then the stress comes back on Monday because managing stress and actually dissolving it are two completely different things.
What I do is different. It's a direct, felt experience for your team of what it actually feels like to operate from a place of genuine clarity, presence, and calm, the kind that doesn't evaporate the moment the next deadline hits.
Grounded in science. Rooted in something older.
The Reset
A four-phase nervous system reset for high-performing teams.
Most teams don't start with a four-day programme or a mountain retreat. They start here.
The Reset is a two to three hour on-site session, built for the whole team in one room. Breathwork, a guided meditation, sound at the close. People walk in wired from their day and walk out genuinely different, and it's the easiest way for a team to feel what this work actually is rather than hear me describe it.
I've run it for teams at Adidas, Puma, The Art of Mondays and Fashion for Good, usually as the way in. From there some teams go deeper into a longer workshop or the Vedic Meditation programme, some come back to The Reset a few times a year, and some build it into a longer rhythm across six or twelve months as an ongoing creation inside the company.
But this is where it starts.
The Method
The Reset moves teams through four phases.
Ground is a brief, evidence-led framing of what chronic nervous system load is doing to performance, and why most workplace approaches don't reach it.
Regulate is practical breathwork techniques the team can take back to the desk, real-time tools for moments of pressure, decision fatigue, and overload.
Restore is a deep, guided breathwork journey that downshifts stress physiology and creates space the team rarely accesses in working hours.
Anchor is a sound-based integration that consolidates the new state so it lasts beyond the session.
Each phase is designed to be felt, not explained.
"It was such a well thought through journey. Even a short session had a lasting, deep impact on the whole group." — Elena, adidas participant
Format is a two to three hour on-site session, scalable for large teams and leadership groups. Pricing is tailored to team size and format, shared on a short call.
The Science Bit (Because It Matters)
Chronic workplace stress costs European businesses an estimated €620 billion annually in lost productivity, absenteeism, and turnover.
The data also shows:
Teams that practice regular meditation and breathwork report:
Up to 40% reduction in perceived stress within 8 weeks
Improved cognitive function — faster decision-making, sharper focus
Better emotional regulation — less reactivity, more considered responses
Deeper sleep — which compounds every other performance metric
Measurably improved HRV — the single best biomarker of stress resilience
What I provide is not wellness as a perk.
It’s performance infrastructure.

Who I've Done This With
I've worked with teams at adidas, adidas TERREX, FashionForGood, On Running, Tommy Hilfiger and Puma - some of the most high-performing, high-pressure environments in European sport and business.
I know what it's like inside those buildings…. The pace, ambition, the culture of always being on.
I also know what happens when you give a team - even briefly - the experience of genuine stillness.
Something shifts. Not only in the room. In the weeks after.

Going Deeper
The Reset is where most teams start, and for a lot of them that's the right depth on its own. For teams that want to go further there are two deeper ways to work together, each one building on the last, and each one shaped around what your team actually needs rather than a fixed template.
The Vedic Meditation Programme
Four days, in person, the deep offer.
This is the one that changes things permanently. Teaching an entire team Vedic Meditation properly, with personalised mantras in the Shankaracharya lineage, is the most significant investment a company can make in its people's inner lives, because each person walks away with a practice that's genuinely theirs for life.
Four consecutive sessions across four days, and the results compound over time. Week one looks different from month three, and month three looks different from year one. Over time the way people communicate shifts, the way they handle pressure shifts, and the way they show up for each other shifts, and it's the kind of change that keeps unfolding long after I've left the building.
Minimum eight weeks lead time. Pricing shared on a short call.
The Bespoke Retreat
Three to four days, immersive, mountains or coast or somewhere further out.
For companies that want to do something genuinely extraordinary for their people. A fully designed, fully facilitated retreat, built around your team's specific situation and culture and goals, somewhere beautiful, somewhere that creates the conditions for the kind of change that a boardroom simply cannot.
I've taken teams to the Austrian Alps, designed programmes for mountain lodges and coastal retreats across Europe, and combined meditation, breathwork, cold water, hiking, sound, and genuine human connection into experiences people talk about years later. It's a complete experience, designed from the ground up, facilitated throughout, and integrated afterwards.
Suggested locations include the Lofer Mountains in Austria, Chamonix, Zermatt, the Dolomites, Ericeira in Portugal, and the Basque Country. Further afield, Lombok, Siargao, Colorado, Jasper, Hawaii.
Minimum eight months lead time. Fully bespoke pricing.
Who I Am And Why It Matters
I'm Robbie. Certified Vedic Meditation teacher, trained in the Shankaracharya lineage. Breathwork facilitator. Formerly adidas (10 years) - so I know the world you're operating in from the inside.
I spent three months in an Indian ashram meditating 13 hours a day. Six days in complete darkness. I've led men through the Himalayas and facilitated breathwork ceremonies across three continents.
I don't teach this stuff because I read about it.
I teach it because it changed everything for me - and I've watched it do the same for the people I work with.
I'm not a corporate wellness vendor. I'm a person who has gone very deep into this work and knows how to bring it into a room full of high-performing, slightly skeptical humans in a way that actually lands.
Trusted by adidas, adidas TERREX, and Puma.
