We’re All Just Walking Each Other Home

The 4 Day Vedic Meditation Course

with Robbie Paterson

The life you want is on the other side of a still mind and a clear heart.

In just 4 days, learn an effortless meditation technique that helps you break free from stress, overthinking, and overwhelm - and reconnect with the real you.

If You’ve Been Feeling This Lately...

You're not alone—and it’s time for a change.

1. You know there’s more to life - but you don’t know how to access it.

You’ve had glimpses - moments of stillness, awe, or connection - that showed you there’s a deeper layer to life. But it slips away in the busyness. You’re ready to unlock that state consistently - to live from that depth, not just visit it.

2. You’re overwhelmed by constant stress and anxiety.

You’re juggling multiple priorities - work, life, relationships - and it feels like your mind is always racing. You need a way to calm the chaos and reclaim peace.

3. You’re searching for deeper clarity and purpose.

You’re successful on the outside but something feels missing. You want to reconnect with your true self, find direction, and feel aligned with your purpose.

4. You’re struggling to unplug and be present.

Distractions are everywhere. Whether it’s your phone, work, or life’s demands, you can’t seem to find the stillness. You need a practice that helps you return to the present moment and rewire your mind

5. You’re tired of the hustle and burnout.

You’ve been grinding hard for success, but the price is high - your energy, health, and happiness are taking a hit. You’re ready to tap into a deeper source of calm, power, and well-being.

6. You want more from life than just material success.

You’ve achieved a lot, but you feel there’s something more meaningful waiting for you. You’re searching for deeper fulfillment and spiritual growth, and Vedic Meditation will guide you there.

What is Vedic Meditation and how is it unique?

Vedic Meditation (VM) is unique. Why?

It’s not about stopping your thoughts.
It’s about effortlessly moving beyond them, into Transcendence.

Vedic Meditation is a simple, ancient technique designed for modern life. It helps you go beyond the surface noise and activity of the mind - and access a deeper, quieter part of yourself that’s always been there.

It’s effortless. Natural. Powerful.
No control. No concentration. No crossed legs required (unless that’s comfortable for you).

You sit comfortably with your eyes closed and use a personalized mantra—a sound with no meaning—gently and silently in the mind. This mantra helps your awareness drop beneath the activity, into deep stillness.

And in that stillness?
The body rests, the nervous system resets, and the mind rejuvenates.
Stress dissolves from your physiology. Clarity returns. You come home to yourself.

How does it work?

What makes it so powerful?

When you learn Vedic Meditation, you’re given a personalized mantra—a simple sound with a vibrational quality, with no inherent meaning. This mantra isn’t a chant or affirmation. It’s your unique tool for going deep into the subtle layers of Being.

Instead of trying to control or clear your thoughts, the mantra effortlessly redirects your awareness from the surface noise of your mind—those endless, looping thoughts that often feel impossible to escape.

The mantra becomes a vehicle that guides your awareness inward, towards a deeper state of calm, to the very source of the mind. This is where real transformation happens.

‘‘The thing about meditation is: You become more and more you.’’

David Lynch

Course Investment Options

We base our tiered pricing structure on the green bottle method developed by Alexis J. Cunningfolk. This economic justice tool helps you determine where you fall on the sliding scale based on your financial privilege.

Please read all the options available below. You might not say yes to every statement, but the option that has the most YES answers will be your contribution. If you are a dependent, or supported by your partner, parents, family etc. please answer the questions based on "WE”, rather than “I”.

“Teachers deserve to get paid and students deserve classes which recognize the multiple realities of economic access and privilege that exist.” - Alexis J. Cunningfolk.

Please consider that there are a fixed amount of places for each option on each course. If you select an option at the lowest end of the scale when you can truthfully afford the higher end, you are limiting access to those who really need the gift of financial flexibility.

Also, if you can ask others for financial support, such as family members, partners, or friends, please consider using those personal resources before you use the resources of the sliding scale and limit opportunities for others.

  • Gift yourself the life-long practice of Vedic meditation + generously contribute towards the course fee of someone in need of learning. The gift it forward option is for me (or we if supported by partner, parents, family etc.) if:

    • I am feeling generous and want to share the meditation love!

    • I have abundance in my life and the ability to support others

    • I meet all of the gift-yourself points

  • The gift yourself option is our ‘actual cost’ of the course. This option is for me (or us if supported by partner, parents, family etc.) if:

    • I am able to meet all of my basic needs (e.g. food, housing, transport)

    • I may have some debt but it does not prohibit attainment of my basic needs

    • I own my own home OR I rent a comfortable property OR I live at home and don’t have to pay rent

    • I own or lease a car

    • I am employed (or don’t need to work to meet my needs)

    • I have access to healthcare options (e.g. acupuncture, naturopathy, osteopathy) to support my wellbeing

    • I have access to financial savings

    • I have an expendable income (e.g. can buy coffee or eat out, buy new clothes, concert tickets, massages etc.)

    • I can buy new items if needed

    • I can afford an annual holiday or take time off

  • The subsidised course investment is for those whose current life circumstances means they need some support in learning to meditate, and don’t have family, partner, or friends who they can ask for financial support. This was our previous concession, pensioner, full-time student (with no financial support) or NDIS card option. The subsidised option is our ‘grassroots’ offering for the course. The subsidised option is for me (or us if supported by partner, parents, family etc.) if:

    • I am able to meet all my basic needs (e.g. food, housing, transport) but have daily stress about it

    • I may have some debt but it does not prohibit attainment of my basic needs

    • I rent a room or home at the lower end of the market

    • I own or lease a car but may not always be able to afford petrol

    • I am employed part-time OR studying with government financial support OR I have retired and have a pension to support my living expenses

    • I have access to Medicare and can occasionally see other healthcare practitioners (e.g. acupuncture, naturopathy, osteopathy) to support my wellbeing

    • I have under $2000 personal savings

    • I have some expendable income (e.g. to buy coffee or eat out) but it’s a stretch to buy new clothes, concert tickets, massages etc.

    • I am able to buy some new items but mainly buy secondhand

    • I can take a short holiday annually or every few years but it comes with some financial burden

  • The helping hand course investment is for those who are currently experiencing financial hardships, need a greater helping hand to learn to meditate, and don’t have family, partner, or friends they can ask for financial support. The helping hand option is for me (or us if supported by partner, parents, family etc.) if:

    • I am only just able to meet all my basic needs (e.g. food, housing, transport)

    • I have debt and it impacts me in meeting my basic needs

    • I own or lease a car but may not always be able to afford petrol, so I mostly use public transport

    • I am employed but my income goes towards supporting others and I am unable to save OR I have limited employment due to my health/personal circumstances

    • I only have access to Medicare to support my health and wellbeing (I can’t afford to see alternative healthcare practitioners or do mentoring or coaching)

    • I have less than $1000 savings

    • I have no or very limited expendable income (e.g. to buy coffee or eat out, new clothes, concert tickets, massages etc.)

    • I rarely buy new items because I am unable to afford them

    • I have debt and it prohibits me from meeting my basic needs

    • I do not have a car and/or have limited access to a car but I am not always able to afford petrol

    • I am unemployed or underemployed

    • I qualify for government assistance including food stamps & healthcare

    • I have no access to financial savings

    • I have no expendable income (e.g. to buy coffee or eat out, new clothes, concert tickets, massages etc.)

    • I can’t buy new items because I am unable to afford them

    • I cannot afford a vacation or have the ability to take time off without financial burden

Meditation & Wisdom Teacher, Life Enthusiast

Robbie Paterson is a Vedic Meditation teacher and altered states of consciousness guide and practitioner.

He is on a mission to share ancient knowledge and wisdom of life that modern day society has long forgotten about - a much deeper, more meaningful aspect to life, freedom & fulfillment.

He has trained extensively in one of the oldest meditation traditions there is (The Shankaracharya lineage).

He specializes in the art of embodying your true nature and highest Self - allowing you to fulfil your potential and live a life filled with purpose and joy, all while falling deeply in love with life and the present moment.

In November 2023, I left everything familiar behind and set off on a journey that took me across oceans, over mountains, and deep within. I had been practicing meditation since 2017 and completed two years of pre-training before diving into one of the most intense meditation teacher trainings in the world—a three-month immersion in an ashram in India. I meditated for up to 13 hours a day, learning from masters, studying ancient knowledge, and shedding layers of who I thought I was.

It wasn’t just an outer adventure—it was a complete inner rewiring. I came face to face with my patterns, my fears, my truth… and slowly, gently, I began to remember who I really am underneath it all. That experience didn’t just shift my life—it changed everything about how I now see life itself.

That’s why I teach Vedic Meditation. Because I know what it’s like to look like you’ve got it all together on the outside… but feel stressed, scattered, or disconnected on the inside. I know what it feels like to chase success, always moving, always striving, thinking happiness is out there—somewhere in the future. But the truth? All we ever have is now. And the peace, clarity, and joy you’re searching for… is already within you.

Vedic Meditation is a doorway to that. It’s a technique that reconnects you to your natural state—calm, present, powerful. It quiets the noise, so you can wake up to a more profound layer of life. A layer we so often miss because we’re conditioned to always be “on,” stimulated, distracted, or chasing the next thing. But once the layers of stress start to dissolve, what’s left is something extraordinary: stillness, freedom, presence.

This practice doesn’t just make you feel better. It reveals the deeper truth: You are not just a separate individual trying to keep it all together—you are the universe, the cosmos itself, having a human experience. And to not just understand that intellectually, but to feel it and live from that place… that’s what changes everything. That’s what this is about. Coming home to that truth. Becoming not just a person—but a presence.

FAQs

Question 1: What if I’ve never meditated before?

Easy. Vedic Meditation is actually designed for busy minds. It’s effortless to learn, and doesn’t require you to “clear your mind” or be good at sitting still. If you can think a thought, you can do this.

Question 2: How long are the meditation sessions each day?

The standard is to meditate for 20 minutes, twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon or early evening. It can be more or less depending on your specific needs, which we will work out with you.

Question 3: Do I need to sit cross-legged on the floor?

Nope. We meditate sitting comfortably in a chair. No yoga poses. No awkward posture. Just you, a chair, and your mind dropping in.

Question 4: Is it religious?

No. Vedic Meditation is a practice rooted in ancient wisdom, but it’s not tied to any dogmatic belief system. It’s rooted in experience, not belief. People from all walks of life—scientists, entrepreneurs, creatives, parents, high-performers—use this practice because it works wonders.

Question 5 : What makes Vedic Meditation different?

This isn’t mindfulness, breathwork, or concentration. This is a transcending technique. You’re given a personalized mantra and taught how to use it effortlessly to drop into deeper states of rest and awareness—no forcing, no controlling, no trying to stop your thoughts. The result? A calm nervous system, a clearer mind, and a more awakened, effective version of you.
