A 10 day Pilgrimage & Vedic Meditation Retreat

with Robbie Paterson

Vedic meditation lineage, sacred culture, meditation caves and spiritual ceremonies, so your practice lands deeper when you return Home.

If India is calling you… but you want to go the right way

You’re not looking for “a trip.” You’re looking for the source. And the truth is, the environment matters, a lot.

  • You’ve meditated… but you feel there’s still a deeper layer you haven’t touched yet.

  • You want something more than technique - you want lineage context you can actually feel.

  • You’re going to India for the first time, and you want it guided, immersive, and respectful.

  • You want to rest, reset, and return with friends for life - not just photos.

Go deeper than technique - meet the practice in its home ground

Most people “visit sacred places” but this is different.

For 10 days, you’ll be surrounded by the living container of Vedic meditation - where history, devotion, sound, landscape, and culture all support the inner shift.

It’s the North’s river-mind and Himalayan stillness… then the South’s temple devotion and living presence. Same lineage. Different expressions of the same truth.

And that’s why it changes people: because your nervous system will start to hear and experience depth like never before.

A guided Vedic meditation pilgrimage for people who want to go beyond “I learned something” into “I experienced something.”

5 Days North — Rishikesh & the foothills of the Himalayas

You’ll spend meaningful time in the atmosphere where practice feels natural - where the mind quiets almost before you close your eyes.

Expect:

Vedic Meditation (time and space to go deep) Vedic rounding (meditative rhythm in motion)
The sacred Ganga river (presence, sound, and devotion in the air)
Vasisthas Cave (where meditation becomes felt lineage)
Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’s Ashram (practice with history in its bones)
Meditation caves and domes (sitting where stillness has been trained)
Aarti Ceremonies by the Holy Ganga River (fire + water + ceremony that wakes the heart)
Spiritual ceremonies & living tradition
Plus delicious food that supports the whole experience

"Meditation hasn't really worked for me so far, which is why I was curious to learn it with guidance. I joined without any expectations - just to experience and feel. Robbie created a wonderfully peaceful space where I instantly felt at ease. This experience has deeply enriched my life and my connection to myself." — Anna

5 Days South — Sri Shakti Amma in Sri Puram + Ancient Temples

Then you travel south into a different devotional texture, so the transformation completes and intensifies.

Expect: Sri Shakti Amma in Sri Puram (living guru energy)
Ancient temples in South India (consecration, beauty, reverence)
Spiritual ceremonies that keep the experience integrated
time to rest, integrate, and let it keep unfolding in you

"Meditation hasn't really worked for me so far, which is why I was curious to learn it with guidance. I joined without any expectations - just to experience and feel. Who's guiding this

I spent three months living inside an ashram in India - caves, ceremonies, aarti, chanting, temple vibrations, kundalini rising.

I've been teaching Vedic meditation for years, grounded in the Shankaracharya lineage. And the reason I'm running this retreat is simple: because what I found there changed the way I Am, practice and live - and I want to take you into that same experience.

This isn't tourism. This is lineage, held with care.

FAQ

Do I need experience? None. This course is designed for complete beginners and experienced meditators of other techniques alike. The only prerequisite is showing up.

I completed the 7-Day Foundation Course - is this the right next step? Yes. This is exactly what that course was preparing you for. You already know what the approach feels like. Now you learn it properly, with your own mantra and go much deeper.

Why in-person only? Because Vedic Meditation cannot be taught properly any other way. The mantra selection, the initiation, and the refinement of your technique require a real teacher in the room. This is non-negotiable - and it's part of what makes it work.

What if I can't make all 4 days? All four sessions must be completed consecutively. This is how the course is designed - each day builds directly on the last.

Is this spiritual? It's rooted in ancient Vedic wisdom, but you don't need any particular belief system. Many of Robbie's students are skeptics, scientists, and high-performing professionals who came for the results and stayed for the depth.

How is this different from the 7-Day Course? The 7-Day Course introduces you to the principles and gives you a felt sense of the approach. This course gives you the complete practice - your personalised mantra, the full technique, and a teacher and community for life.

About Robbie

Certified Vedic Meditation teacher. Trained in the Shankaracharya lineage - one of the oldest and most rigorous meditation traditions in existence.

In November 2023, I left everything familiar behind.

I'd been practicing meditation since 2017 and completed two years of pre-training before entering one of the most intense teacher training programmes in the world - a three-month immersion in an ashram in India. I meditated for up to 13 hours a day, learning from masters, studying ancient knowledge, and slowly shedding the layers of who I thought I was.

It wasn't an outer adventure, but a complete inner rewiring.

I came face to face with my patterns, my fears, my truth. And underneath all of it - more subtle than I expected, more solid than anything I'd built on the outside - I found something I hadn't felt in years.

Stillness. Real stillness.

That's why I teach this.

Because I know what it's like to look like you've got it all together on the outside and feel stressed, scattered, and disconnected on the inside. I know what it's like to chase success - always moving, always striving - and still feel like something's missing.

Vedic Meditation changed how I see everything.

The noise quieted. The clarity returned. And the life I'd been chasing started to feel less like something out there - and more like something I was finally present enough to actually live.

That's what I'm here to teach you.

Trained in India. Teaching in Europe. Available to you, for life.
