Details: 4 Days Meditation, Mindfulness & Stress Reduction Course

In-person or Online, 4 x 90 minute sessions Monday - Thursday

This is an immersive course where your team members will learn powerful and effective tools & the meditation technique to consistently remove stress from their mind & body.
